Dodge’s long-serving yet somehow still relevant (and satisfying) three-row SUV, the Durango, was just refreshed for 2021 with updated styling inside and out, additional towing capability, and upgraded infotainment and tech options. And now all that freshness will be available with a pile of cash on the hood courtesy of Dodge’s “Power Dollars” incentive program. Well, provided the Durango you want is laying around a dealership sometime between November 27 and 30. That’s right: This Black Friday deal for in-stock examples only runs through the 2020 Thanksgiving weekend.

The special is the same $10-per-horsepower discount we’ve come to expect through the “Power Dollars” program, which was started in 2019. The following discounts are available on dealer-inventory Durangos:

  • 2021 Dodge Durango SRT 392: $4,750
  • 2021 Dodge Durango R/T: $3,600
  • 2021 Dodge Durango Citadel: $3,600 (max)
  • 2021 Dodge Durango GT: $2,950
  • 2021 Dodge Durango SXT: $2,950 (max)

The Durango is offered with a 3.6-liter V-6 (293 or 295 hp) that’s standard on SXT, GT, and Citadel; a 5.7-liter Hemi V-8 that’s standard on the R/T and optional on the Citadel; and a 6.4-liter Hemi on the SRT 392. You’ll note that the mightiest ‘Rango in the range—the 710-hp SRT Hellcat—isn’t included in the program, but we would have been surprised if that were the case for the one-year-only, limited-run special. After all, it’s already a smokin’ deal compared to the competition.

The Power Dollars program is still running for every 2020 Dodge Challenger, Charger, and Durango, by the way—which means it does include the meatiest models, such as the hyper-rare 807-hp 2020 Challenger Super Stock, 797-hp Hellcat Redeye, and 717-hp Hellcat. At $10 per pony, those are some hefty incentives. The 2020 Challenger deals start at $3,050 off, while the 2020 Charger discounts range from $2,920 to $7,070. The reductions available on 2020 Durangos mirror those offered on the 2021 version.
